Your Warranty

If any fault is found within the above period, your unit shall be repaired or exchanged free of charge to perfect working order. No other claims under warranty other than these explicitly indicated herein will be admitted.

Your Longcase Clock is under warranty to be free of any defect in workmanship or materials, excluding damage due to careless handling or unauthorised tamper for one year from the date of its purchase.

Travelling expenses are payable by the customer.
